Peflon Graphite-filled PTFE is a composite material in which graphite is added to PTFE to enhance its properties. Graphite is a good solid lubricant and, when added to PTFE, significantly improves its properties.

We select the appropriate filling ratio for our customers as well as the application environment, loading conditions and the cost-effectiveness of the material.

5% Graphite-Filled PTFE: This material maintains most of the properties of PTFE while providing a degree of friction reduction and wear resistance.
10% Graphite-Filled PTFE: Provides a significant increase in wear resistance and thermal conductivity, suitable for medium loads and temperatures.
20% Graphite-Filled PTFE: Provides higher wear resistance and thermal conductivity, suitable for high loads and temperatures.
