Peflon Facilities and Laboratories

Guaranteeing Exceptional Quality

Incoming raw materials inspection is the most important step to ensure final product consistency. Our laboratory runs ICP-MS, XRD, NMR, GC-MS, FTIR, DSC, TMA, MIT and surface area analysis on every incoming lot — before any material reaches the production line.

  • Chemical composition analysis
  • Physical property & crystallinity testing
  • Thermal & mechanical characterization

Peflon ICP-MS Laboratory

Introduction

Incoming raw materials is an important step to ensure final products, That’s why we maintain a comprehensive raw material testing process. Before any material enters our production line, it undergoes meticulous inspection and analysis.

The inspection SOP includes IQC, Produce Process QC, Final Product QC, OutgoingQuality Control, etc

Peflon ICP-MS

Chemical Composition Analysis

  • We use ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry) to analyze incoming materials, verifying their purity and adherence to specifications.
  • Detects metallic impurities in PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) material, guaranteeing product purity.
Chemical Composition Analysis
Physical Property Testing

Physical Property Testing

  • XRD (X-ray Diffraction) enables us to investigate materials’ crystal structure and phase composition, ensuring their structural integrity.
  • Analyzes the crystallinity of PTFE, assessing its physical properties.

NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy)

  • Peflon uses NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy)to test PFA compounds’ molecular structure, ensuring their chemical properties.
  • Characterizes the molecular structure of Modified PTFE, ensuring successful modification.
NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy)
GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry)

GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry)

We use GC-MS & LC-MS to analyze the organic components of Teflon coatings, ensuring precise formulations.

FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy)

Confirm the chemical composition of Teflon material.

FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy)
DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry)

DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry)

DSC analyzes the thermal properties of materials, such as melting point and glass transition temperature.

TMA (Thermomechanical Analysis)

Confirm the chemical composition of Teflon material. measures the thermal expansion behavior of materials, evaluating their dimensional stability at elevated temperatures.

TMA (Thermomechanical Analysis)
MIT Testing

MIT Testing

We use MIT test equipment to assess the abrasion resistance of Teflon wires and cables, ensuring long-lasting performance.

Surface Area Analysis

Determine the specific surface area of materials, crucial for applications like filtration.

Surface Area Analysis

Creep Testing

Creep testing equipment measures the deformation of materials under sustained load, critical for structural applications. Such as teflon bearings.
