Peflon’s FEP cable resins offer a wide range of MFRs (2.0 to 32 g/10 min) and are suitable for both extrusion and injection molding processes. Our FEP wire resins are low-smoke, halogen-free, non-halogen compliant, and environmentally safe. Its wire-grade FEP resin can be used to manufacture various types of cables with excellent flexibility. Cables made with this resin offer high melt strength, stable processing temperatures, and excellent resistance to chemicals and solvents, with operating temperatures ranging from -80°C to 200°C (-112°F to 392°F). The melting point temperature of 260 ± 5 ℃, Peflon FEP for wire has high melt strength and stability processing temperatures, making it easy to melt extrusions.
