Can I ask for a grade match if I do not know the exact Peflon product?
Yes. Send the incumbent grade or datasheet, processing method, end-use conditions and the properties your team must retain. A grade match is a shortlist for evaluation, not automatic approval for the finished application.
Can Peflon provide samples?
Sample availability, quantity, packing, courier cost and dispatch timing depend on the specific grade and destination. We confirm those details after reviewing the intended application and qualification plan.
Which technical and compliance documents are available?
TDS and SDS availability is confirmed by grade. Lot CoA and declarations such as REACH, RoHS or food-contact documentation must be checked against the exact grade, intended use and destination market; they are not universal claims across every product.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Please provide the grade or target specification, quantity, packaging requirement, delivery city and country, preferred Incoterm and timing. This keeps product price and freight assumptions visible rather than blending them into an unclear total.
Can I send a drawing, photo or existing datasheet?
