How quickly does Peflon reply to inquiries?
Most inquiries are answered within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, GMT+8). Complex technical or custom-formulation questions may take 48 hours while we consult the lab.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes. We provide free samples for evaluation — typically 100–500 g per grade. Buyers normally cover express courier costs (DHL / FedEx). For larger trial quantities we can quote separately.
What documents can you provide before purchase?
TDS, SDS, COA, REACH, RoHS, SVHC, FDA / food-contact, and country-specific compliance documents are available on request — usually emailed the same day you ask.
What is the typical MOQ and lead time?
Standard grades: MOQ 25 kg, lead time 7–14 days. Custom formulations and OEM packaging: MOQ from 500 kg, lead time 3–4 weeks. We support trial orders below MOQ for first-time customers.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship globally via DHL, FedEx and ocean freight. Customers in EU, USA, Türkiye, Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia receive regular shipments every month.
