PTFE Dispersion

About PTFE fiber-glass fabric

The high solids content and small particle size of Peflon PTFE emulsions allow for thicker, smoother coatings to be formed in a single pass, resulting in increased productivity. Its excellent dispersion and wetting properties ensure uniform adhesion to glass fibers and compatibility with other dispersions. Peflon PTFE dispersions have the same solids content, dryness, and sintering temperature as Teflon, making them a direct and easy replacement for Teflon.

PFOA free, PFAS free

Peflon abandoning traditional perfluorooctanoate salts, we use the most advanced production technology to ensure it is free of PFOA and PFAS and compliant with EU REACH regulations.

ptfe molding powder

High solid content of PTFE powder

Peflon PTFE dispersion with small particle size. The good-dispersed adheres more uniformly to the glass fiber surface, creating a smoother coating that enhances the PTFE dispersion-coated fiber-glass fabric appearance and functionality (e.g., non-stick and abrasion resistance).

Small particle size and good dispersion

Peflon PTFE dispersion with small particle size. The good-dispersed adheres more uniformly to the glass fiber surface, creating a smoother coating that enhances the PTFE dispersion-coated fiber-glass fabric appearance and functionality (e.g., non-stick and abrasion resistance).

Impregnation property

Our dispersion with good wetting properties, especially suitable for the impregnation of glass fibers. ensure it can be mixed with other dispersions.

Application of PTFE fiber-glass fabric

PTFE fiber-glass fabrics have a wide range of applications due to their excellent chemical stability, high temperature resistance and waterproofing properties.

ptfe all water fabric

Provides the fabric surface with good water repellency while maintaining breathability.

Architectural fabric

Improvement of flame retardancy, water resistance and durability of materials

impregnation

Emulsions are mainly used to give these fabrics excellent resistance to heat, corrosion and adhesion.
