Peflon FEP Material manufacturer

What is Teflon FEP?

Peflon FEP is a copolymer of hexafluoropropylene and tetrafluoroethylene known for its chemical resistance, non-stick properties, and high transparency. It differs from the polytetrafluoroethylene, which often used in chemical inertness, flexibility, and resistance to temperatures.

Form OF different Peflon FEP

Peflon provides three main FEP material types for your needs:

  • FEP Resin: Applied in wire&cable coatings, and electronic parts.
  • FEP Dispersion: Used in coating industries, melt extrusion and impregnation.
  • FEP Micro Powder: Used for anti-erosion coatings, paints (like building exteriors, hulls, coils, and highways).

Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene Applications

Peflon Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene resins are highly versatile materials with a wide range of applications across various industries. FEP plastic is applied everywhere, making things safer and stronger, for example, in factories: Lines pipes and valves to handle harsh chemicals; in hospitals: flexible, clean tubes for medicine and machines; at Home: Protecting wires and cables for devices; and in food: Safe, non-stick films for packages.

FEP linings and gaskets for equipment in the chemical industry

FEP resins can be extruded into thin films or sheets, which find applications in various industries, including food processing.

Used to manufacture flexible, chemically inert tubing and hoses for medical devices, including catheters, IV lines, and fluid transfer systems

FEP coatings offer outstanding chemical resistance, making them ideal for protecting surfaces against corrosive chemicals, acids, and solvents.

Extrusion-grade FEP resins are used to manufacture high-quality, chemically resistant tubing for applications in the medical, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
