PFA combines PTFE-level chemical resistance and non-stick behaviour with full melt-processability, so it can be injection, compression or transfer molded into precise parts. Its high purity, low extractables and 260 °C continuous service suit chemical, semiconductor and medical components.
Which molding methods can be used with molding-grade PFA?

What processing temperature does PFA molding need?
PFA melts near 305 °C and is typically processed around 350–400 °C depending on melt-flow rate and part thickness. Dry the resin before molding and control cooling to lock in dimensional stability.
