How do I place an order with Peflon?
Send your inquiry through the form on any product page, by email, or via WhatsApp. Include the material grade, quantity, destination port and any required documents. Our sales team replies within 24 hours with a written quote, sample option and lead time.
What is the typical minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard stock grades, MOQ is usually 25 kg per item. For custom formulations and OEM packaging, MOQ starts at 500 kg. First-time customers can order below MOQ as a trial — contact us for trial-order pricing.
What is the lead time?
Standard stock grades: 7–14 days. Custom formulations and OEM packaging: 3–4 weeks. We confirm exact lead time in the written quote based on current stock and your destination.
What are your payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit, balance against B/L copy is standard. For repeat customers we also support L/C at sight and other negotiable terms. PayPal accepted for small sample orders.
Do you offer wholesale / distributor pricing?
Yes. We work with distributors and OEM converters worldwide. Distributor pricing depends on annual volume commitment and the specific product family. Contact us with your typical SKU range and we'll structure a tiered price.
Samples & Trial Orders
Do you provide free samples?
Yes — free samples are available for evaluation. Typical sample size is 100–500 g per grade. Buyers usually cover the express courier cost (DHL / FedEx / UPS), which is invoiced at cost.
How long does sample shipping take?
Samples ship within 3–7 business days via DHL, FedEx or UPS — door-to-door to most destinations. Express courier transit time is typically 3–5 days for EU / USA / Türkiye, 2–4 days for Asia.
Can I order a trial quantity larger than 500 g?
Yes — for trial orders between 1 kg and full MOQ, we offer a trial-order tier with discounted pricing for first-time customers. Tell us your target trial size and we'll quote.
Will the sample match the production lot I'll receive later?
Yes. Sample CoA includes the lot ID. When you place the production order, we can match the same lot family (specific lot subject to availability) and supply a CoA traceable back to your sample evaluation.

What documents ship with every order?
Standard bundle: Certificate of Analysis (CoA) keyed to the lot, SDS, TDS, REACH / SVHC declaration, RoHS 3 declaration, PFOA / PFOS-free statement, halogen-free statement (for cable / electronics grades), customs paperwork (HS / CN code, country of origin), and packing list.
Are Peflon fluoropolymers PFOA-free and PFAS-free?
Yes — our virgin PTFE, FEP, PFA, ETFE and PVDF are produced without traditional PFOA or PFOS processing aids; residual aids are below detection in finished resin. Note: fluoropolymers like PTFE are themselves polymeric PFAS (fluorine in the chain), but EU REACH and OECD classify them as Polymers of Low Concern (PLC), separate from non-polymeric PFAS surfactants. We can issue a statement covering both layers.
Can you provide FDA, USP Class VI and UL94 declarations?
Yes — on request, per qualifying grade. FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 reference for virgin PTFE / FEP / PFA. USP Class VI biocompatibility for medical-grade. UL94 V-0 for most virgin fluoropolymer grades by composition. Turnaround: 1 working day for grades that already qualify.
Do you provide REACH / SVHC declarations against the current Candidate List?
Yes. Declarations reference the active ECHA Candidate List and are refreshed when the list updates.
For semiconductor / SEMI F-57 PFA — what do I need to send?
Share your fab's specific metallic-ion limit table and target application (wafer carrier, fluid handling, etc.) — we'll match the right PFA UHP grade and supply CoA against the relevant ICP-MS list.
Can documents be issued on our company letterhead?
Yes — we match enterprise procurement templates. Send the form (PDF or editable). For documents cited in regulatory filings we usually recommend our standard format for traceability, with your reference fields embedded.
Shipping & Logistics
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship globally via DHL, FedEx and ocean freight. Customers in EU, USA, Türkiye, Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia receive shipments every month. We also support EU CBAM declarant paperwork for European importers.
Which incoterms do you support?
EXW, FOB (Shanghai / Ningbo / Shenzhen), CIF and DAP. For small samples we typically use door-to-door DDP via express courier. We'll quote the incoterm that matches your purchase contract.
What packaging is used?
Powders & pellets: 25 kg HDPE drums or 500–1400 kg IBC totes. Dispersions: 25 kg drums or 1400 kg IBC. Tape: cartons sized to your retail / OEM spec. Private-label printing and OEM cartons available on request.
How should I store the material on arrival?
Most resins and powders: cool, dry warehouse, room temperature (5–30 °C), avoid direct sunlight. PTFE / PFA aqueous dispersions: keep above 5 °C, below 30 °C, shake the drum weekly after 3 months to prevent settling. Full storage instructions on the SDS shipped with every order.
What's the shelf life?
Standard resins / powders / pellets: 24 months from production date. Aqueous dispersions: 6 months. Adhesive-bonded products and PEEK fine powders for prepreg: refer to lot-specific shelf life on the CoA.
OEM & Custom Production
Do you offer OEM and private-label service?
Yes — OEM / ODM is a core part of our business. We supply private-label PTFE thread seal tape, custom drum & carton printing, custom packaging sizes and customer-branded technical documents.
Can you customize filler ratio, color and particle size?
Yes. Filled PTFE: glass / carbon / graphite / bronze / MoS₂ ratio adjustable. PEEK: 5–45% glass-fiber, 5–40% carbon-fiber, custom color, D50 13–99 μm fine powders. Dispersions: solid content and surfactant level can be tuned.
What's the MOQ for custom formulations?
Custom formulations typically require 500 kg MOQ, lead time 3–4 weeks. We quote based on the specific formula complexity, filler cost and any required third-party testing.
Can you supply against an APQP / PPAP automotive program?
Yes — for IATF 16949-aligned programs, share your APQP package and we'll quote against it as a qualified-lot tier with the document set an IATF audit expects. See our compliance page for details.
Product Selection
PTFE vs PFA vs FEP — which one should I choose?
PTFE has the broadest chemical resistance and the widest service temperature range, but is not melt-processable. PFA is melt-processable, high-purity, suits semiconductor and chemical service up to 260 °C. FEP is melt-processable, more economical than PFA, suits cable / wire and lower-temperature service (max ~200 °C).
When should I use PCTFE instead of PTFE?
Choose PCTFE when you need higher mechanical strength, better moisture barrier, or service down to −200 °C cryogenic — typical for pharma blister packaging, aerospace cryogenic seals and oxygen-service valves. PTFE wins on chemical inertness; PCTFE wins on dimensional stability and barrier.
For PEEK — how do I read the PF-1 grade code?
PF-1 = Peflon PEEK series. Letters after the dash: G = pellet, P = coarse powder, PF/UPF = fine/ultra-fine powder, GL = glass fiber, CA = carbon fiber, FC/FE/GHM = wear-resistant, CM = ceramic. Numbers = filler % or D50 μm. Suffix L/M/H/UH = flow rating. See the full PEEK material guide for 92 grades.
For thread seal tape, which color do I need?
White (general plumbing / drinking water), Blue (high-density, stainless steel), Yellow (gas / fuel lines), Green (oxygen service, oil-free), Pink (heavy-duty professional repair), Gray (nickel-filled, stainless anti-seize). See our color-coded tape guide.
For nonstick coatings, what should I order?
Topcoat release: PTFE dispersion. Mid-coat: PFA dispersion or PFA micro powder for high-temperature performance. Primer: PTFE dispersion with binder system. Modifier: PTFE micro powder for lubricity and anti-wear. See our nonstick coatings application page for the full coating-system guide.
Technical Support
Can I replace a major brand (Chemours Teflon™ / Daikin / Solvay / Victrex) with Peflon?
Yes — Peflon is widely used as a quality-matched, cost-effective alternative to major fluoropolymer and PEEK brands. Each product page includes a brand cross-reference table (Chemours Teflon™ PFA / Daikin Neoflon™ / Solvay Hyflon® / Victrex® PEEK / etc.). Send us the brand and grade you're replacing — we'll match the right Peflon grade.
Can your engineers help with processing parameters?
Yes. Our R&D team provides processing-window guidance for extrusion, injection molding, compression molding, sintering, calendering and electrostatic coating. For new lines, we can review your tooling and recommend resin grade, drying conditions and processing temperature.
How do I send a sample for failure analysis or material substitution?
Send a 50–100 g sample to our Quzhou lab with a brief note (current supplier, failure mode, target performance). Within 7–10 days we'll send a FTIR / DSC / MFR analysis report and recommend a matching Peflon grade for evaluation.
Do you do lab testing on customer samples?
Yes — basic characterization (FTIR, DSC, MFR, particle size, density) is included as part of our pre-sales support for qualified inquiries. Specialized tests (ICP-MS metallic ions, USP Class VI, third-party UL94) are quoted at cost.

How big is Peflon's production capacity?
Our PTFE, PFA, FEP and PEEK production lines support container-scale monthly volume across the standard portfolio. For very large repeat orders (multi-container monthly), we'll structure a dedicated production schedule and commit a fixed lead time.
