What are PTFE baking sheets made of?

PTFE baking sheets are woven fiberglass fabric coated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) dispersion, or virgin PTFE skived film. The PTFE coating gives a slick, non-stick, heat-resistant surface that releases dough, pastry, sugar and cheese cleanly and can be reused for many baking cycles.

What temperature range do PTFE baking sheets withstand?

Our PTFE baking sheets have a continuous service range of −73 °C to +260 °C, so they work in freezers, proofers and hot bakery ovens alike without melting, cracking or releasing odor.

Are your PTFE baking sheets food-safe and PFOA-free?

Yes. The PTFE coating is inert, non-toxic and odorless, FDA food-contact compliant (21 CFR 177.1550), and our grades are PFOA-free — suitable for direct contact with food in commercial baking.

How many times can a PTFE baking sheet be reused?

The sheets are designed for 1000+ baking cycles, replacing disposable parchment for a dramatic cost reduction per bake. Wipe clean with a damp cloth or wash with mild soap, dry, and reuse — no oiling or seasoning is needed.
